Warranty claims:

To keep the product cost low, a single Pan India service center is maintained at New Delhi. For claims customer needs to send the product to New Delhi service center and the cost of sending the product via courier to our service center shall be borne by the purchaser. This saves time, money (travel cost) & hassle of visiting the repair service center to drop and pick-up the product. Warranty details of each product are mentioned on the listing page / warranty card  which is included in the package box. 

 

Cancellation Policy

A buyer can cancel the item in following stages:

 

1. Order Has Not Been Shipped: The buyer can drop a mail to info@vuuv.in with subject line : "Cancellation: <Order ID>". In such a case the order will be cancelled and the entire amount will be credited back to the buyer. The amount may take 4-5 days to be credited back depending upon the bank account.

2. Order Has Already Been Shipped: The buyer can drop a mail to info@vuuv.in with subject line : "Cancellation: <Order ID>". In such a case the order will be cancelled and the amount after deduction of shipping charges and return shipping charges (if any) will be credited back to the buyer. The amount may take 4-5 days to be credited back depending upon the bank account.

 

3. Order Has been Received: All such cases come under "Returns". Buyer must drop a mail to info@vuuv.in with subject line: "Return: <Order ID>" within 7 days after receipt of the item. The reason for the return must be clearly explained. Our executive will get in touch with the buyer to resolve the matter. If the item is as per description and is free from any defects, whether return is accepted lies on the sole discretion of the management.

Returns Policy

​

The Platform does not have any return or refund policy of the goods once sold by the Platform. You agree that once you have purchased the product from the website, it is impermissible to cancel the sale. Further, You agree that you waive the right of return and also refund once the sale has been concluded. You are advised not the use the services of the Platform if you do not agree with the “No return, no exchange policy”.

7 days replacement Warranty

​

We provide 7 day replacement warranty and 1 year manufacturer warranty. We do not offer refunds on any of our products.

All warranty periods commence from the date of purchase of the product.

• Replacements acceptable for manufacturing Defect only.

• Buyer is responsible for All-Return Postage and Shipping Charges.

• Items returned must be in like new condition with all original boxes, hardware, manuals & accessories.

• Any item returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; missing manuals, parts and              accessories will be returned back to buyer. Items returned in any box that is not the original box will be returned to sender.

• Defective or damaged items must be reported immediately within 2 days of receiving item.

• Any item to be returned for replacement must be sent back within 7 days of receiving item.

• Buyer is not entitled to get replacement in any case if he does not return the item within 7 days after receiving the same.

• Buyer will get the replacement 7-10 days after returned product is received by us the product.

• All disputes if any will be subjected to Delhi jurisdiction only in any case.

1 Year Warranty

​

The company shall repair or replace any part of the product which proves to be defective within 1 year from the date of purchase. For Warranty claims: the cost of sending the product via courier to our service center shall be borne by the purchaser. This warranty does not extend to any parts of the product which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation. Further this Warranty does not extend to any product which has been tempered with, altered or serviced by any agency not authorized by Flying Turtle Enterprises. Warranty does not cover physical , water or electrical damage due to electrical surge or voltage fluctuation. Technical or compatibility issues with your equipment not covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover any accessories supplied along with the product. The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranty expressed  or implied. The company’s sole liability shall be to repair or replace defective parts of components as specified above. The warranty confines only to the first purchaser of the product and is non transferable.
